Virtual Assistance Price List

When picking what rates you should use your for your VA business. Many VA's charge anywhere from $20.00 to $75.00 an hour and more. I personally don't charge that much as my target market is other work at home moms and I don't know many of us that can afford to pay that much to use a VA (or would want to). So I think the most important thing is to know your market. What target market are you picking, research that market, get a feel for it and then decide what you will charge from that.

You also need to decide on what you would be happy to start with. If you're starting out in the business and have no experience and no clients then you might want to consider starting out with a rate that you would be happy with for now, and then when you build your client list and experience you could increase your rates if you like. This is just a suggestion, it's just simply what I've done in the past.

You can also shop around at another virtual assistance price list (or several VA's rates) to get a feel for what they charge, what services they provide...etc.

Be sure to set a rate. Don't put "flexible" or negotiable" on your rates page. You need to pick your rates and put them on your website. Potential clients need to know up front, from your website, what your rates are.

In the end the rates you choose are up to you, as this is your business. You need not take any of my suggestions too literally as they are just that, suggestions. Just remember that you need to know your target market...as that will be a good indicator of what you should charge.
