Drop shipping in eBay is when a buyer purchases a brand new item from your store and the item is shipped direct from a wholesaler. A buyer purchases that product at the price you list in your store. You pay the wholesaler their listed price and they ship the item to the buyer for you. Your profit comes from the money left over from the buyer’s purchase price after you have paid the wholesale price.
For example, let’s say you sold a digital camera to a buyer for $200. The buyer pays you that money and you take that money and pay the wholesaler their listed price, which we’ll say is $160. Your profit would then be $40 from that one sale.
If you sell 4 of these digital cameras in one month, your total profits would be $160 for that one item in that month. By selling multiple items using the drop ship method, you will earn more money from the profits, thereby boosting your business’s sales.
To find a wholesaler that is trustworthy and dependable for your business; you will have to do some extensive researching. You should determine what items are popular; find out who sells those items and what prices they’re asking for them. Then see if the company is reliable to use.
Not all wholesale companies are on the up and up. Their prices may be too high to even hassle with for your eBay business, so make sure you do your research and see what deals are worth it or not.

selling, but also list some wholesale companies that have been checked
out and have been used by the person offering the program. Check these
programs out; they may be worth purchasing to gain an edge on some of
the other eBay sellers.
